‘Click & Collect’
We’re based in Sheung Wan. If you have opted to collect your order instead during check out, an arrangement will be made for your pick-up orders. A confirmation email will be sent to let you know that your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up.
Please allow for 1-2 days after the purchase order and bring a copy of your order email confirmation (an email copy off your phone is fine!), so we can match your order number to your box!
*For security reasons on fulfilled purchased orders, we can't give your package if you don't have a copy of the email confirmation. Thank you for understanding!

MTR: Take the Island line to Sheung Wan and get out at exit A2. We’re a 2 minutes walk from there!
Packaging
We try to use as sustainable packaging as possible where we can; upcycling newspapers as 'fillings', reusing unwanted boxes to pack your orders, and using kraft paper tape to ensure the boxes can be composted or recycled (which we know is a fair amount of us living in smaller flats!).
We want to encourage you to re-use our packaging used for your orders! Keep it in the loop till it can't be used. Alternatively, sometimes the cardboard are useful as 'broke artist's palette' as we've found. 👀 Otherwise, feel free to return the boxes back to us so we could re-use it for other customers and in our shop! (Message us if you wish to do so.)
If you’re collecting your parcels in person, let us know if you wish to opt out in your order being boxed up. Honestly, we'll encourage you to bring your own bag instead. 😼
